Just a great little hotel. The owner is so personable and made sure my stay was great. A smile goes a long way and everyone there was always smiling. I met the owner’s son as well who turns out to be a very talented artist. I travel weekly for work and am usually at brand hotels-the rewards are great lol- but decided to try something different and will no only stay here when I visit Stuart.
We have stayed at this historic inn numerous times. It is absolutely perfect. The rooms/suites are comfortable, well appointed and clean. The staff is attentive and available. The location is ideal as guests can walk to restaurants, bars, shops and the waterfront. We thouroughly enjoy staying there and think it's a graat value. We will be back again and again.
This was our second stay at The Old Colorado Inn, as we visit family in Stuart each January, and once again we could NOT have been happier with our stay! This year we spent 3 nights in the Enchanted Cottage and it was absolutely adorable! So much vintage charm, from the wrap around porch, to gorgeous Master Bedroom, to tons of vintage decor and furniture throughout the space. We really fell in love with this cottage, and can’t wait to return next year! The staff was once again incredibly friendly and helpful, and this year there was a great bonus of the tiki bar being open! The location is perfect, just steps away from all of the restaurants, shops, and bars in downtown Stuart. We really cannot recommend The Old Colorado Inn more!
Beautiful historic hotel in a great location. Minnie is amazing. She gave us a tour of the property and it was so interesting the amount of historical buildings on the property. Rooms were lovely and comfortable.
We came to Stuart for a wedding and selected one of the cottages. You cannot beat the location and the rooms are outstanding. The staff is incredibly attentive and nice. Loved the pool and the restaurant that is on site. Just a fantastic stay. THANK YOU
My husband and I spent a weekend for our 25th anniversary. They left us a sweet treat and a beautiful card. The room was great, the dining was fabulous. We will be back! We loved it!!
This is amazing hotel/ resort. The owner is always working and you can tell by how clean and organized it is. We stayed in the langford suite which is perfect for 6-8 people. There are so many places to eat right on the property. Thank you for providing an excellent place to stay for our little get a way

Comprehensive customer service and attention to details that can make or break the experience, check. We came to celebrate our 20th anniversary - the stakes were high - and Old Colorado delivered! Stuart has charm in spades and the inn was right in the middle of it all. I’d been searching for a getaway spot for my lady and me and this is it. Minnie greeted us enthusiastically and filled us in on some of the history of the Inn - tremendous experience all around!
